This year is going to end very soon and a new year will be arrived in another next 36 hrs++

So, lets see what have we achieved so far.. by asking urself something like below here :-


Have I reach my Goal ? ( near, quite some distance, far)

What is the current level of ladder that I am at ? ( how far are you now )

What is my most challenging task for this year? ( Success or failed )

How did I overcome the obstacles and forces that withhold me from achieving my goal?

What have I learnt for this year ?

Did I met any miracle incident ?

What is the new skills and knowledge that I have unlock ?

Who inspired me the most and excel me to run the race ?

What is my self-esteem, self-efficacy so far ?

Am i satisfied of what i am having now and through out the whole series of 2009 ?

Alright, here are some of my own questions that i usually ask myself. i hope that with this questions from above that able for us to evaluate ourself and try improve on what we are lacking of. Besides, it's good for everyone to write "Achievement Diary" because whenever you read back your Achievement Diary of what u have achieved , I am sure you will be motivated and stretghten up to Achieve more !!!

Achievement diary can be wrriten in every half year, annualy, or even monthly basis. it depends on you !! = )

What do we know about time..?
People said that time is the most important thing than money, we can't buy time and yet many people are still wasting time.
Well, I am one of the time spender, sometimes or I can say everytime I just don't get it why do i spend my time on doing nothing.

After all... what i believe is that time is waste because of I don't have a strong desired goal, objectives, purpose, achievement, etc.. these are some elements that everyone must have, said by most of the successful person.

So.. as today let us plan ahead and have a proper time management and take the action as fast as possible, clock is always set in every human soul...Achieve what is needed and remain historical in this world !!!

Have you ever felt unrested ? & failed to accomplish your tasks ?

Many people today failed to accomplish or achieve tasks, duties, missions that they set or given by their boss. Thus this will lead a person into great depression, stress out and even conflict occured between you and your families & friends. Nobody wants to be a failure or a loser in any activities or task that they are conducting.

Here are several Tips that might help to make yourself more clear and confident in handling task.

- Self-Motivation -

I believe that self motivate is the best way for us to strengthen up our spirit to fight for our desired outcome, try to picture up successful person like Bill Gates, Donald Trump, Steve job and others great leaders in your mind, you will feel more passionate and ready to be like one of them.

It would be a lot better than depending on people to motivate a person. Because other people don't really know what is the other person needs and wants. Everyone has different characteristics, styles and behaviors. Therefore we ourselves must stay strong and always remain conscious !

- Replanning & Reconstructing Strategies -

Existing plans and strategies might ineffective or outdated. We must always remodify or rebuild new plans and strategies. Do not take too long in develop them, actions is more important afterall. Think wisely and smartly, seek for aid if you lack of experience or knowledge in particular field.

- Keep Promise to Yourself -

Always have this mindset "Do not give up, Do not admit you're lose or defeated !!" a person will not lose or defeated unless the person himself say so...

- Predict the consequences -

Make some prediction of what will happen if you use this plan and strategies, but do not over confident and trust your own prediction. Research must always conduct 1st before we predict the consequences , we must know the circumstances of the real factors

- Balace of Self-Esteem -

A person must not overconfident that will lead to domination, high acquisition, assertiveness
bare in mind, there are millions of competitors around us. We can't defeat every single one but a person can always be the best of the best... as long as he/she has clear mindset and achieve personal goal !!

Explaination

Lord= The large sword weild by the lord means that CEO is holding the key and CEO is the key person of the organisation

Knight= The Horse that the knight ride means manager is given a better seat than the footman and the knight has the authority to command and the knight must take full responsibility of his group

Footman= With the only sword and shield means employees must do whatever task is given by the superior. There will be endless job.

(Overall these 3 of them are people who are involve in an organisation as you can see they are wearing Armour, shows that this is a formal organization.)


Mercenary= They are like members in multi-level-marketing companies. They just aim to reach the highest sales to get reward of Money!!.

Bandit= Freelancers are called as bandit because they are informal and snatch away a lot of clients and customers from an Organization by providing low price of services.

Conclusion

As we can see from now on, the War is endless..., we are in a business war where everyone is fighting to gain the ultimate POWER, MONEY, FAME and FREEDOM !!

Business in Cyber World Vs Real World

Today lesson, I would like to simply differentiate between Cyber world and Real world.

Youngsters, teens or adults today we are living in the cyber world, where we cannot survive in this world if we can't access to the internet. For us the use of the internet is to communicate with friends, entertainment, information searching and get to meet more people in this world. Websites and Programes that we usually use are, MSN live messenger, Facebook, Friendster, Blogspot, Myspace, Youtube and others. These are actually a very powerful tools that will help us in doing business. I am sure that everyone knows in a business, customers is the main concern. without customers means no SALEs. Therefore having powerful communication tools like MSN, facebook, blog and etc we can always have the potential to draw or get customers. Meanwhile it's not expensive at all. Unlike the real world, the way of getting customers is difficult. Advertising, sales promotion all will be costly to conduct.

Real world, doing business in the real world is the style that will never run away. Many senior citezens especially in Malaysia today. They do business in offline system which is simply call "Brick". Some they praticing click and mortar type which doing offline and online business both in the same time. Somehow, we as malaysian still tend to practice doing business purely offline, as traditional business, consumers would like to see, touch and try the products first before they purchase the products. therefore this concept has been always repeat and unchange.

As a conclusion, Ways of doing business is deppens on your business model and what kind of business that u're doing, try to ask yourself do i need to use the online system for my business?. I would say Yes, we are always welcome to use some internet sources like MSN, Blogs, Facebook, Forums, etc which are free and we can take this opportunity to advertise our products. Example, a nasi lemak mini stall can use the internet for advertising his foods, and it's free if he/she use blogs... etc. well the chancess of successfully attract customers is deppen on your content.

So, today i would like everyone to convince ur dad or mom that having own business and still don't use internet as their tool. Try to be the 1st one to aid them to use internet for advertising or promoting their stuffs. I am sure u guys, youngsters, teens, adults has expert in using MSN, Facebook, blogs, Youtube etc. With these knowledge it's fair enough to help your parents.

My Tar College Graduation ! and What do u think about Tar C ?

Tar college

I have been graduated from diploma in Tar College about 2 months ago, and i m really satisfied of choosing Tar college as for my Diploma course [E-commerce and Marketing]

What makes me choose Tar college ? rather than other colleges.

Well back to the old time, after i graduated from my high school ( St.Xavier) i was sent to National Service couple months later.
throughout my passed life in the NS camp i was wondering should i further my study or should i start working and earning money ?. Because my SPM results is not that Colourful afterall.
Eventually, I chosed to further my study, but still there are some minor problems where i don't know which college should i choose. lot of my friends recommended me to KDU, Disted, INTI, IPG, TARC, Olympia college and etc. These are famous colleges that avaiable in Penang.

In the end there is ONLY a college that i will choose. I chose tar college, the reason behind is,
1.Reasonable College Fees
2.Many of my friends chose Tar college as well
3. It's located at my Hometown
4. lotsa chicks

as for the course that i chose which is E-commerce and Marketing. why do i choose EM.
1. 2 in 1 ( I am greedy, this course makes me think like its a combination of 2 courses into 1)
2. I like surfing the net and always wanted to sell stuff through the power of internet
3. Recommendation from my brother.

well as you can see, my reasons is kinda weak because by that time I don't know the quality of Tar college, the lecturer performance, my course progress... etc. what i do was just give a shot.

After this 2 year of studying in tar college, i realised that tar college is a wonderful college for everyone to choose not only the college fees is reasonable but they do provide excellent teaching from well trained lecturers. students can get ptptn easily, Enjot the comfirt facilities and services that available such as gym, library, computer lab, study room and etc.

Tar College's Minor Weakness

In my blog, i will not hide anything bad from my behind. as we know that everything has pros and cons. therefore here i would like to list down some of the weak points of tar college.

1. Tar college do not have Degree programe, it only has Adv Diploma and from Adv diploma u will be transfer to Degree for only 3 months in respective university such as Sheffield Halam University. Well this is something good but it might be a little expensive. or 2nd option from diploma to UTAR for degree. But some courses do not have in UTAR.
By the way,Do u think Adv Diploma is equalvelant to Degree ?

2.Students in Tar college tend to speak Chinese than English, and still there are a lot of English programes or activities held to encourage students to speak in english, eventually it's not really successful. Well as you can see.. my english is not that good afterall but i will try to improve myself. all the way long i m still speaking mandarin with my mates.

3. College Intake only available once a year which usually allocate at the end of May.

4. the 4th reason is optional it might be good or bad.
Tar college Exam questions is harder than other colleges ever, for the final year of ur semester which is the semester before u graduate if u still have any papers that u haven't pass , u're not allowed to graduate. not even a single paper.

My Overall Impression of Tar college

-Good-
what i have gone through so far in tar college, well it's not that bad afterall even though there are some disatisfaction but overall, i really satisfied studying in tar college. the price is reasonable and the quality is high of course, if not everyone will able to pass the exam. 35% out of 1oo% of my coursemates are still struggle in diploma where they need to resit for their remaining papers in order for them to graduate in diploma. and for now today i m doing my Advance diploma in Tar college KL main branch.

last message foreveryone especially those who are graduate from high school which is after form 5. you're always welcome to study in Tar college and if u're from Chinese edu you're even more recommended to enter Tar college. by the way Tar College is specialised in Accounting course and there are more professional papers that available such ACCA.
