Back Online & Back To Life !

Wow, i just can't believe that i have stopped blogging since februay 2010. Well, 2010 is going to over 1 more day to go. It's going to be a new start and a new journey for me in 2011 ! I can feel it the time is pushing me to the next step to do what must be done. I am getting older each year, Academy life is ending. So, WHAT NEXT ? The next thing I must do is to Know Myself.

Know Myself
All the way long, i found out that i have nothing good. I am not good at sports, I can't sing well, I am not a good socializer, I am not a good student, I Can't read & write chinese, and many many more. There's only 2 things that i always do "Talk & Think Rubbish". Well, this is my life and now knowing myself is going to be my first task. Ever since from young till now, I haven't achieved something miricale that would change my life to become an extraodinary. Some people got unique talent and some don't. Frankly to say, I don't have the unique talent.

That's the reason why, in 2011 I must Know Myself clear. I need to know my strengths and limitations. if there is no strength on me, I will create Strengths !

In order to know myself, i've created a simple plan. I will put myself to do this 4 categories of activity

1.Managing Mom's bakery
it's a simple bakery and not doing well. My task is to generate revenue

2.Bro's Mission
Many stuffs in his mind, i can't write it out. However my task is to gain his believe & prove to him that i have done something for him.

3.The Family's Road
Nothing more or less, Learn & Understand their ways. Task, see what i can do.

4.My Own Dream
Currently unknown.

So, These are all the activity that i must at least achieve 1 out of 4. if i cant do anytthing out of these 4 activities. I m going to work in a corporate life......

Short Lesson:- Thinking out of the Box VS Staying out of the Box

Thinking out of the box is easy, everyone could think and simply said that they have thought of unique or special ways/ideas, broaden their view of scope in particular subject. However in the long run, where thinking is not a solution in solving matters, as we know box is not only consist of a single layer, it consists of infinity layers where layers are all the barriers that going to stop you from reaching your destination.

Why a box consist of many layers ? if you think that a box is only built with a single layer, you're wrong !. because those layers are the threats that come from many reasons, layers may created by you unconciously, when there is worryness, weakness, disadvantages that unable you to overcome the problem/task that you're facing, so the layers from the box is going to manupulate. Besides, there might be millions of hidden layers that we don't aware of that actually surrounding in the box ! So we need to think that a box is consist of infinity layers !!


Staying out of the box is the way of how to solve the main problems behind of everything and it's going to be 10 times harder than thinking out of the box. when you're staying out of the box, will able you to stay calm, relax, proceed your direction towards your goal with safely and effectively !!. So, how to exit the infinity layers ? your achieving of a particular subject must meet these 3 requirements.

1. Long lasting winning 5,10 yrs , more / permanent victory

2. Not much people know about this trick or success / unbreakable, can't be copied

3. Must have High Trust and Confident of your plan and back up plan must always ready to support.


In the end, it's not easy to stay out of the box, not everyone can set themselve free from the infinity layers. where as we can see, everyone today trying to think out of the box yet they cant actually think it out ! so link back to your achievement diary to determine where are you right now and are you able to perform your best to realese yourself from the box of millions layers ? with your aid of strong ideas and strategies Fight for what you want !!

The Measurement of Achievement in 2009


This year is going to end very soon and a new year will be arrived in another next 36 hrs++

So, lets see what have we achieved so far.. by asking urself something like below here :-


Have I reach my Goal ? ( near, quite some distance, far)

What is the current level of ladder that I am at ? ( how far are you now )

What is my most challenging task for this year? ( Success or failed )

How did I overcome the obstacles and forces that withhold me from achieving my goal?

What have I learnt for this year ?

Did I met any miracle incident ?

What is the new skills and knowledge that I have unlock ?

Who inspired me the most and excel me to run the race ?

What is my self-esteem, self-efficacy so far ?

Am i satisfied of what i am having now and through out the whole series of 2009 ?

Alright, here are some of my own questions that i usually ask myself. i hope that with this questions from above that able for us to evaluate ourself and try improve on what we are lacking of. Besides, it's good for everyone to write "Achievement Diary" because whenever you read back your Achievement Diary of what u have achieved , I am sure you will be motivated and stretghten up to Achieve more !!!

Achievement diary can be wrriten in every half year, annualy, or even monthly basis. it depends on you !! = )

TIME

What do we know about time..?
People said that time is the most important thing than money, we can't buy time and yet many people are still wasting time.
Well, I am one of the time spender, sometimes or I can say everytime I just don't get it why do i spend my time on doing nothing.

After all... what i believe is that time is waste because of I don't have a strong desired goal, objectives, purpose, achievement, etc.. these are some elements that everyone must have, said by most of the successful person.

So.. as today let us plan ahead and have a proper time management and take the action as fast as possible, clock is always set in every human soul...Achieve what is needed and remain historical in this world !!!
